How do you make sure that the writing you provide is error free and factually correct?

Our writers are experienced and knowledgeable within the industry they are writing about. They also provide a source anytime they make a claim that requires some sort of proof or credibility. We have our content writers proofread their own content each and every time before they turn in their final drafts. From there, our editors do a thorough review for grammar, content quality, and SEO best practices before delivering you the finished product.

How does your revision process work?

We will revise every piece of content that we create until it’s perfect. Once your written content is delivered to you in final draft form, you have 7 days to get back to us with as many changes as you’d like to see as many times as you want.

Because you can choose to work with the same writer(s) every time, you’ll find that we quickly learn and adapt to your writing preferences and working style. So, after the first one or two projects we work on together, you’ll likely only have minor revisions on each piece of content.

When providing feedback on your content, we collaborate best when our customers leave specific constructive feedback on sections of the drafts that they have comments about in Google Docs. With regard to overall “global” feedback, those comments are best provided to us through our messaging thread within the project management dashboard or scheduling a call with your assigned project manager who is responsible for your overall satisfaction with our partnership.

Can I talk to your writers?

Yes, customers have direct access to their writer(s), editor, and project manager within our content management platform and can communicate with them via messages in our comment threads at any time. You will also collaborate with your writing team in Google Docs for all the content that we create for you.

If you would like to speak with your writer directly on a phone call, we can organize that for you as well. All our calls are recorded, which helps our editors and project managers stay in the loop with your latest ideas and feedback.

Our pricing starts at 21 cents per word for an annual subscription ($105 per 500 words) or 25 cents and 31 cents per word for a quarterly ($125) or monthly ($155) subscription, respectively. Our quarterly plan is most popular. 

Our pricing plans offer:

  1. Flexibility: As long as your content subscription plan with us is active, you can also place individual orders for additional content as you wish. The price you are charged for individual content orders depends on the initial payment option you selected for your plan (31 cents, 25 cents, 21 cents). We are also flexible with combining or splitting orders as needed to meet your content production size needs.
